Returns & Exchanges
We want your little one to love their new dress! If it’s not the perfect fit, we are happy to accept returns for a refund within 30 days of your order's delivery date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, items must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Dresses must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any stains, fragrances, or pet hair.

Tags: All original tags must still be securely attached.

Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging wherever possible.
Note: We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item arrives damaged or clearly worn.
Shipping & Costs

Return Shipping: Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. You are responsible for purchasing your own shipping label and arranging the drop-off with your preferred carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
How to Make a Return

Contact Us First: Send an email to [Your Support Email] with your Order Number and the reason for your return.

Get Approval: Our team will review your request and send you our authorized return shipping address.

Pack & Ship: Securely pack the dress and include a note with your Name and Order Number inside the package so we know it’s yours.

Send Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot issue refunds for packages lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [3–5] business days.
