HaLen, meaning Handmade by Helen, began as Lovely Handmade by Helen in 2016, founded by two sisters, Helen and Violet.

Helen had the privilege of learning her craft during the golden era of Hong Kong’s garment industry, working in local factories where she honed her skills. Violet, with the eye of a caring mother, sourced beautiful fabrics and collaborated with Helen to create simple yet comfortable dresses for her daughter. Together, they gradually built the foundation of the brand.

Today, HaLen continues this legacy with Helen focusing on the design and creation of children’s dresses. She specializes in unique fabric selections paired with simple, timeless designs, producing styles that are suitable across all seasons. From cutting to sewing, every piece is handmade by Helen with care and dedication.

Helen’s passion for American 100% cotton fabrics - known for their softness and vibrant colors - ensures that each dress is not only beautiful but also gentle on children’s skin. Her mission is to bring happiness and confidence to children, while offering parents the assurance of quality and authenticity.
